CIP Programs
The Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) was created with the goal of reducing energy consumption. In order to reach this goal, MMPA is offering rebates on qualifying energy efficient products to residents of its member cities.
Listed below are our current programs. For more information on any program, whether you qualify, and the amount of the rebate, simply click on its name. You also may fill out or download the form for each rebate.
- Motor Efficiency Rebate
This program is designed to help Minnesota's commercial, industrial, and small business customers save money by using premium-efficient motors.
- Refrigerator Rebate
You could save energy and money with a new refrigerator. Your local municipal utility will give you $55 cash back when you purchase a qualifying new refrigerator.
- Central Air Conditioner Rebate
Stay cool while saving energy and money. You may receive as much as $350 cash back on the purchase of qualifying central air conditioners.
- Window Air Conditioner Rebate
Receive as much as $30 cash back on the purchase of qualifying window air conditioners.
- Dishwasher Rebate
You can receive as much as $50 cash back when you purchase a qualifying dish washer.
- Clothes Washer Rebate
Save money on water bills and receive a $100 cash back rebate too on qualifying clothes washers.
